Roll-Kraft appoints Kevin Gehrisch to the position of President
Roll-Kraft is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Gehrisch to the position of President.
Mr. Gehrisch joined Roll-Kraft in 2010, and spent his early years working in several areas of the company, learning the many facets of the operation, with emphasis on the all-important engineering design process and the intricacies of how Roll-Kraft products are made.
Gehrisch graduated from Ohio University in 2012 with a degree in Finance. Upon his return to Roll-Kraft, he traveled with the company’s technical teams for several years, meeting customers, observing their concerns, and learning how critical the design process is to their applications. He became an integral part of the sales team, as the company continued to grow.
By 2018, he was named Director of Operations and developed and implemented standards and goals with his team, that led the company to greater efficiencies. The company has a standing goal of providing tooling that works as soon as it is installed, and has made available an online record of first-time performance metrics on its website, www.roll-kraft.com.
In 2020, he was appointed as Vice President, with responsibilities to lead and charter the growth and profitability of the company.
Going forward, in addition to his corporate management role, Gehrisch will lead the company further into the technological age. The company has recently moved in that direction, with the initial installation of its first robotic cell, which has streamlined the process of making and reconditioning tooling.
