This newly created position will involve the handling of all Corrective and Preventive Actions (CPAs), as well as using the 5 Why method for evaluating root causes. Rau will be responsible for in-depth audits throughout the company and enlisting audit teams at Roll-Kraft’s various locations. A major emphasis will be placed on improving existing processes, or standardizing new processes, reducing waste, and developing training documentation for onboarding new employees, as well as for daily use. By employing available technological resources, detailed training instructions, complete with photos, will be readily accessible on the company’s intranet for immediate reference. This will ensure that the latest procedures will be used, first and foremost, in performing the manufacturing process.
