10-12 October 2013

Dear Colleague

Our next major technical conference will be in St Petersburg, Russia and will be organized jointly with the Foundation for Development of Russian Tube Industry.  It will be supported by Government and by major local and international industry companies and will provide excellent networking opportunities. A very large audience is expected. The sessions will be conducted in Russian and English with simultaneous interpreting.

Pipe & Tube St Petersburg 2013 will take place over three days, with days one and two devoted to a congress session with keynote speakers and concurrent welded and seamless technical sessions. It is hoped that on the morning of day three we can arrange an optional plant visit.  The conference venue is the famous Astoria Hotel in the heart of the enchanting city of St Petersburg. There will be a very limited number of tabletop exhibits available. Speakers will receive a free conference registration.  The Foundation will host a social event in Russian style on the first evening. Delegate fees will be set as low as possible to attract the highest number of attendees.

The co organisers are inviting abstracts for presentations for Pipe & Tube St Petersburg 2013. If you would like to apply to present a paper, kindly read the Speaker Terms & Conditions with this letter and complete and return the Speaker Applicationform with an abstract to the email address shown on the form, preferably before 11 March 2013.  Please note that commercial or sales presentations will not be accepted for the technical programme.

Regular updates can be found on the ITA website and details of table top exhibits and sponsorship opportunities will be published soon.

Yours sincerely

Peter Byroslawsky
