ROLL-KRAFT welcomes technical performance specialist
Roll-Kraft is pleased to announce the addition of Sean Larkin to the corporate sales team. Larkin comes to Roll-Kraft from his recent position as branch manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where his efforts increased their corporate business relations by 15% in a
single year. His leadership skills, sales, and customer service expe- rience will bene t him greatly as he travels throughout the U.S. visiting Roll-Kraft’s existing and prospective customers.
Larkin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Commu- nication from Kent State Univer- sity in Ohio.

ROLL-KRAFT appoints senior technical performance specialist
Roll-Kraft is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Lowery to the position of Senior Tech- nical Performance Specialist, responsible for leading the roll form service and tryout depart- ments. He will also work with the engineering department on the upfront development and design of roll form tooling.
Lowery will oversee customer requests to test their rolls at Roll- Kraft after manufacturing, but before shipment, helping ensure rst-time performance upon delivery to their facility. He will welcome customers
who come to Roll-Kraft to visibly observe their rolls in full produc- tion, walking them through each stage of the operation, a process which will give con dence to the customer as they prepare to man- ufacture products in their plant.
Also, it will be his responsibility to respond to calls for in-house assistance by analyzing the need, and, if necessary, arranging for an immediate trip to their facility. The ability to provide excellent service at critical times assures customers of a commitment to their success. Service is a major piece of Roll-Kraft’s core business.
