The BÜLTMANN tube production lines can be individually equipped with the following customized components: fully automatic greasing units, material-friendly separating systems, heavy-duty drawing machines for single and multiple draws, precision mul- ti-roll straightening machines, special tube cutting solutions, end machining equipment, quality-ori- ented testing components and automatic multi-form packing and bundling lines.
Interlinked with BÜLTMANN hand- ling components, designed for gentle material transport, these equipments form complete manu- facturing lines with high output, best product accuracy and optimum availability with as short as pos- sible change-over times. Turn-key delivery with pneumatics, hydrau- lics and electrics, including special software concepts conform to Industry 4.0, with material moni- toring and level 2 connection – all from one supplier.
