Segment expansion - new: components from tubes as well as dimensionally accurate processing solutions
The Nuremberg sales office (Germany/Bavaria) wants to continue to offer increasingly more services from one source for the component suppliers in the fields of automotive, engineering and energy.
"In the last five years, we received a lot of inquiries for tubes made of various materials (eg 22MnB5, P235GH, P265GH, 16Mo3, 13CroMo4-5, etc.) and accompanying (tube-) components. Since 2012, we have components in the program, but to a lesser extent. We also had an increasing number of requests to processing operations with challenging levels of difficulty and high quality requirements. With our knowledge, where with very high quality and at a good price will be worked, we were able to obviously convince our customers. This has encouraged us to further expand these segments (components as well as dimensionally accurate processing solutions) and enter into cooperations througout Europe with high qualtity working suppliers" says Holger Villnow, owner of Pures-tubes.

With the company's decision in autumn 2015 to offer now also further suitable components from different materials as well the decision has been made to present themselves on the Fair Tube 2016 (the first time). In Hall 7.0 / C 27-03, at the common stand of Focus Rostfrei, Pures-tubes shows examples of finishings and prefabrications from Mechanical Engineering. There are references from automotive as well as the energy sector for well-founded interest parties.
The since 2009 existing company had also a sales office in Heidenheim / Brenz (Baden-Wurttemberg), since 2011; the relocation into a larger office to Nuremberg was done end of 2013. The number of employees with the competences of the quality management and marketing / sales has been expanded.
The presciption: clear processes, small administration - good prices.
"Because we belong to the smaller companies in our sector, we can and must very flexibly respond to customer requirements. Often in larger companies do not allow the fixed processes as well as the predefined area of responsibility of key accounts to follow special ways in the procurement.
The manufacturers also presuppose large volumes for order acceptance. Flexible response to small quantities of customer needs, is therfore particularly important because developers/engineers need minor amounts for their prototypes or material, so they can go into pilot production. Often there are requirements that once again require various clarifications, because for example material changes or format adjustments were necessary.
